• I agree to any pictures or videos taken of my dog and I on the course/consultation being used in future promotional material
• I agree to Good Doggie Training retaining details of my name, contact details, dog and behavioural issues for the express purpose of providing advice to me in the future
• I agree to make the full payment for the course or consultation on arrival/first day of the course
• The course fee cannot be refunded in full or part if you are not able to complete the course for any reason, although a suitable replacement client/dog may be agreed at the instructor’s discretion
• Should the instructor feel that the course is not suitable for the dog, an alternative course will be offered and the payment already made transferred onto this course
• I agree to take full responsibility for any children under 16, to closely supervise any children under 16 and ensure they do not disrupt the class or other clients and observers
• I will make the instructor aware of any aggressive behaviours my dog has exhibited at any time, however small or infrequent, prior to the start of the course or consultation.
• I agree to ensure my dog is wearing a standard flat collar or correctly fitting harness with front attachment and normal lead (not extending lead) with ID tag at all times
• I will not let my dog off the lead at any time unless at the express direction of the instructor
• I agree to follow any health and safety advice given by the instructor
• I agree not to smoke or vape whilst at the course location or during a private session
• I will pick up any dog poo, at all times when on the property where the course is being held, and agree to dispose of any dog poo via a bin and not throw in ditches, hedges, scrub land etc
• I will not bring my dog to the course if the dog has shown any signs of infection within 5 days of the course, unless discussed in detail with the instructor in advance of arriving at the course location. 
• I confirm my dog is fully vaccinated and microchipped and will produce evidence of this at any time if requested to do so within 1 week of request
• I remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times during the course or consultation
• I understand that training is undertaken outdoors and I am responsible for ensuring that both myself and my dog have suitable clothing for the weather conditions
• The information I have given the instructor of the course or consultation is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief
• I will not bring my dog to training if it is in season
• I agree to comply with any  any specific instructions due to the covid-19 pandemic during the course/consultation to ensure both the instructors, other clients and my own safety
• I agree to the instructor/behaviouralist wearing any appropriate personal protective equipment (such as a facemask) at their discretion
